Aviation claims procedures

Notification should be immediately given to Andrew Nevin via Phone fax or e-mail.

Upon receipt of the notification the loss is immediately reviewed, and if required the most suitable Adjuster is appointed. The adjuster will contact the client within 24 hours to initiate the assessment.

The broker will be updated every 20 working days with the current status of the claim with a summary provided upon finalisation.
